I cant say enough about Alex and his work ethics ! Superb ! He stepped right up in our LATE hour of need after having a breakdown during our travels, 200 miles from home. His willingness to help impressed us. He diagnosed our cars issue, recommended service needed then and in the future, completed the service in a reasonable time and even brought our car back to our hotel when completed !! I had my truck taken to SkillTroop on a wrecker on Saturday afternoon. The truck needed a new starter. I was visiting the area here with my family. The starter went out and he fixed the same day . Thank you for taking good care of me and my truck. Absolutely the best service I have experienced in emergency situation.

Alex came out to help me on a Monday night. I was on a road trip and my front brakes were in dire need of repair. At about 8:15pm, Alex showed up & by about 10pm, he’d replaced the driver’s side rotor and both front brake pads. I was blown away by his service and kindness!!! He even checked everything over to make sure the car was in good working order to continue on comfortably and safely. Best experience I could ever imagine!
