Excellent shop with many supplements, vitamins and other all natural products. Mary Theresa has great knowledge to assist you in your health and Katie Jurnacks gives the most therapeutic and relaxing massages I've found anywhere. Her intuitive understanding of myofascial release has allowed my body to release many years of tension and chronic pain. I highly recommend everything they have to offer and definitely get a massage.
I’ve been here a few times, and this place is great! I suffered from strange stomach issues and prickly heat for years. The woman recommended a couple things for both conditions, and now after getting medicine from a doctor, that might have been M&M’s.
