the owner and who ever answers the phone are angry pretty much took me for every penny I have
The person who does the estimates does not seem to know zilch. The person who does the work disagreed with the estimator. Confusing and seemingly unprofessional
They don't appear to want business. The woman who answered the phone was not helpful in the least with my repair request. It could have been a great business relationship - but we'll never know because she was rude. Too bad.
