Buyer beware! I recently purchased a “like-new” foil board online from Jupiter Water Sports. When it arrived, it had 6 to 7 unexpected scratches and dings, a scuffed nose, and significant damage to the kick pad. When I contacted customer service, I was initially asked for photos, but was treated rudely by a second representative who implied I had caused the damage myself. I highly recommend not dealing with this place. They canceled a lesson 5 minutes before the start time, after I already drove an hour for it, then refuse to refund the lesson after they chose to cancel it. I’m certain there’s far better options available.
