Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I visited the Jupiter Watersports Stuart, FL location today to get a wing repaired. I had shopped at the Jupiter store many times before. First time at this location. Massive store with lots of inventory and exciting water sports equipment to see. Chip was very frank and explained the cost of repairing the older wing valve and strut hose might not be worth it, especially on an older wing. Iv been going to Jupiter Kiteboarding for years to buy my equipment and support this wonderful shop with great iinventory and experienced people like Ido who checked my bar and trim on my lines this last vist this week...... With years of kiting experience he also gave me helpful advise on equipment. Everyone there is professional....friendly....and helpful. A wonderful shop!!
Stay away from Jupiter Watersports. Their moto is make money, no friends. Returned a couple items within return policy new and untouched. Then they sold me a wing board that did not work with North Sonar Foils. There was no wind to try it until a day before the return policy expired. Tried it in fresh water all different mast track positions and foot positions did not work. They even agreed when putting the board side by side would not work.
