Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. I visited the Jupiter Watersports Stuart, FL location today to get a wing repaired. I had shopped at the Jupiter store many times before. First time at this location. Massive store with lots of inventory and exciting water sports equipment to see. Chip was very frank and explained the cost of repairing the older wing valve and strut hose might not be worth it, especially on an older wing. UPS lost a $230 order from Jupiter. Once they found out they refunded and offered to sort out a replacement right away. They obviously care a lot about their customers.
