WOW! That's pretty much all I can say and in a most excellent way. I called the water department and they were at my house in less than 24 hours to address my water meter issue. Orlando, Mike and Jeff were extremely efficient and so professional. I cannot thank you enough for your expedient and courteous service.

Justin Mallon happened to be the gentleman that came to our house to inform us that our water meter was reading an abnormally high output, usually indicative of a leak or break in the main water line. This is obviously horrible news, and would make quick work of destroying an otherwise good day for anybody on the receiving end of it. My well went bad a they had a meter I could hook up to installed in 24 hours. These guys are legit government folks who represent us jupiter people in a way that shows they care top to bottom. Scottie Cothes

The staff member who was reading our water meter noticed an anomaly in our usage and took the time to knock on the door and inform me. A contractor had left an outside spigot turned on (hose attached) and it was leaking 1/2 gallon a minute. Really appreciate his initiative - and likely saved me $$$$.
