Lee Ratliff was fantastic! Very patient when walking me through the steps. Explained why there were changes in the numbers when there were changes, and it was always a reasonable explanation. I spent about 20k but will save a TON of money over the life of the loan. Rates don't look like they are going to drop much anytime soon, might as well refi now.
