I had a golf related injury to my right shoulder and tricep, and started to receive treatment from Alexandra about 4 weeks ago. I was initially nervous and hadn’t gotten deep tissue massages before. She has helped me with the nerve pain and muscle spasms, as well as releasing my trigger points all throughout my body. I am grateful to her, and I highly recommend the facility in general. I love going here for massage. Lately I like Alexandra, but you can't go wrong with any of the therapists.
I decided I needed to improve my flexibility, balance and mobility. I had done pilates years ago but gave it up during Covid. I'm extremely happy working with Caroline who immediately understood what I wanted to accomplish and worked one-on-one with me over the last number of months.
