Worse car service ever, my 2pm scheduled ride is 1 hour delayed with driver not responding and office staff dont take accountability and giving me run around and to top it off this is an elderly appointment that charges medicaid alot of money for shifty service. Stay away from this business.
Very nasty attitude and the car service stinky transportation just like the drivers funky smell
We had the best experience! We got the 10 passenger van because we had 6 adults and 3 babies. Giovanni showed up on time for both arrival from LGA and return from our hotel. Ride was smooth and pleasant, clean van and they provided 3 rear facing car seats at our request for both ways that were already installed and ready. He was accommodating with the A/C and music, and we will definitely be using Jupiter again!
Called to find out the price for my family and I. The guy answering the phone was very rude and unprofessional. I will be booking with someone else.
