They have a terrible driver by the name of Waldo Soria. He drives a black Toyota Sienna. He is rude, disrespectful, and uses profanities while swearing at other drivers on the road. Please beware.
Left me stranded with a 6 month old at the airport as no car arrived despite booking weeks in advance. Tried calling multiple times and when I did get through (~40 mins) they sent a driver without a car seat. Avoid at all costs.
If the option of zero stars was available they would get this. We recently used them for pickup/drop off from JFK to Manhatten and specificlly requested a vehicle large enough for a medium size dog crate/dog and our luggage. They show up at the airport with a old pathfinder and a driver who has no ability to communicate in English. After this ride I called in prior to our return trip and again stated what had happened on the first trip and said to make sure we had a larger vehicle and what happens they said the same vehicle ... read more
We had three kids to take to LGA. Arrived on time with a big van. Car seats were good. Driver friendly and very helpful
I had a great experience, driver arrived slightly early but was super helpful and communicative!
