I had a great experience, driver arrived slightly early but was super helpful and communicative!
DO NOT USE… The absolute WORST SERVICE known to mankind. I had to use this service for my father’s speech therapy and they are horrible. Drivers that can barely speak any English, customer service are RUDE as hell. DO NOT USE

Говорят, что 7 минут, такси приезжает через пол часа, заказываю заранее, такая же история. В чем проблема сказать, что нет машин рядом??? Я вызову другой сервис. Они так теряют больше клиентов!!! Водители обычно нормальные, но есть такое хамло, что на голову не оденешь!!! Говорю, что я вызывала к 14:00, вы приехали через пол часа. Ответ убил:»ну и что?» ….
Worse car service ever, my 2pm scheduled ride is 1 hour delayed with driver not responding and office staff dont take accountability and giving me run around and to top it off this is an elderly appointment that charges medicaid alot of money for shifty service. Stay away from this business.
