I called on Monday afternoon to schedule an apt for my mother-in-law and this receptionist named Jennifer picked up the call. She was downright rude and impatient during the entire call. She sounded like she wanted to end the call every time I asked a question. Today was my 4th session with Dr Ye at Juntendo Clinic in Arlington Hts. I knew the first time I walked in the door, and was greeted warmly by Mary, that it was going to be a positive experience. I have spinal stenosis, hip osteoarthritis & anxiety. I've been seeing a rehab Dr for over a year. When I told my Dr that I was trying acupuncture, he said that he had heard good things about Juntendo. He was positive & encouraged me to stay with it. I live in Colorado but was visiting the Chicago area this past summer. I met an acupuncturist at a different clinic and wanted to see her one more time before heading back. She works part time at Juntendo clinic so my last appointment was there. I have chronic bronchitis and whenever I have a flare up acupuncture is the only thing that helps. Dr. Kari Ye is exceptional in addressing any issues had or held, and treating patients as necessary for their incursions.

私はピアノ教師ですが、３年前にバネ指を発症し右手の親指が動かなくなってしまいました。ピアノが弾けないだけでなく、痛みがひどくて料理をするにも支障が出てしまうようになってしまい、大変困って３人ものハンドスペシャリストに行きましたが、どのドクターにも症状がひどいので手術しかないと言われました。そんな時ピアニストの友人に相談すると、鍼を試してみたらと言われ藁にもすがる思いで訪れたのがDr.ケリーのオフィスでした。 ケリー先生はとてもフレンドリーで、私の話を熱心に聞いてくださり日本語で丁寧に説明をして下さいました。「手は肩、腰と全部つながっているから手だけ治してもダメよ」と言われ、その言葉に納得しやはり鍼しか安心して治せる方法はないと思いました。 半年くらい治療を続けるうちに親指は痛みもすっかり消えてよくなりほぼもと通りになりました。それだけでなく体調も大きく改善されました。 手術なしで指を治して頂いただけでなく、身体全体のケアをして頂きケリー先生には心から感謝しています。
