Junonia aka Junoactive has told me the intend to hold my funds for 6 weeks before they will even begin to authorize a refund. I purchased an item online on 12/17/19. When it did not fit, I promptly contacted the business for a return authorization. It was given in a timely manner and I returned the item immediately.
