Amazing service in Somerville, MA. We ordered a mega bag online and they delivered it in less than 30 minutes. Then they picked it up the next day!! The pick up site was difficult due to wires overhead but the driver was EXCELLENT and it was a smooth pickup! Fantastic company to work with.
I called Junkster today to report that their driver broke power wires while picking up my neighbors Junkster Bag. The person I spoke with immediately had an attitude and told me "they were not electricians" and "the power lines needed to have 13' of clearance". Neither of those points are relevant and don't change the fact that their driver broke the lines and they were hanging in the middle of my driveway. Very reliable, extremely friendly and helpful. I have used them recently and on several other occasions as have others in my family and I cannot say enough good things about them.
Very prompt. Very supportive. The person I first talked to guided me through the process and assured me that what i wanted to discard was appropriate to include. The person who arrived to pick up was cordial ,quick and informative. Arrived the next day for pickup.
