I’ve used JCCS for personal and business taxes for four years, paying anywhere from $1500 to $1900 total to get them all done. This year I had to call and email to track down my own tax return the day before tax day because I hadn't seen any documents come through or heard anything and then scramble to figure out how to get my own payment to the state that I would personally be penalized for if it was late. Very good, professional employees. However, I don't recommend this firm because their corporate interests override their dedication to clients. I was a solid client for 14 years and JCCS dropped me through a letter a few weeks before the new year because they said they had to make some hard choices. As such, if a person or company wants dependability of service, one may want to look elsewhere.
Sharon has been doing our taxes for many years. We appreciate her keeping up on confusing changes in the tax law. It is fairly easy to get a face to face appointment if you don't mind waiting a bit. Dwain and Judy Helm Wright
