We have worked with JCCS for 5 years after working with two previous accounting firms in town. They do our corporate and personal taxes. They are a very professional and competent accounting firm. We have been very satisfied and trust them to handle all aspects of our tax preparation and value their guidance throughout the year.
Every time I try to log in for a check stub (once in a blue moon) it tells me my E-mail isn't valid and I have to register again. And if your employer gives you a bonus, it's a gift they shouldn't take taxes out of it.
they screwed up on our w-2's which isn't that uncommon. But they gave us an amended w-2 and prepared our taxes for us to resubmit (our taxes were already sent in months before the mistake happened). They couldn't even get the amended amount right and now we have to pay yet again. Mistake after mistake with this company. Run, don't walk, away from this company.
