Eric Junker and his wonderful office assistant Yvonne assisted and supported us through the Guardianship process for our twin boys with special needs. The process is very time consuming, however, with their guidance and expertise we were able to finalize the process within the confounds of the law. It was time, that I review and have my will updated. When I saw the billboard of Junker Law on 90A regarding no probate without setting up a trust, I was interested. An ad was also posted in our church bulletin, so I set up an appointment with Eric Junker. In June of 2025, Mr. Junker and I talked about the no probate and how it would fit into my situation. Eric and his firm were recommended by neighbors in my subdivision. My mother’s very small estate had to be probated because I was required to provide Letters Testamentary to various companies.
