Contacted Eric to construct a family living trust. His availability was confirmed quickly and his location in east Richmond, Texas ideal. Eric clearly outlined a process in a professional manner with written descriptions of deliverables. The process was completed in a matter a few months, two face meetings and several on-line proof read sessions. It was completed with a convenient in-home signing. The relief of having the trust completed is compelling - a true “bucket list” accomplishment.

Prior to contacting and using Eric Junkers services, we contacted another lawyer. The relationship with that lawyer for estate planning was horrible. After 1 phone call with Eric, we knew we had the right person. While using his services, he was able to answer all of our questions with professionalism (even with our casual conversation), provide legal framework for our estate, keep thing cut and dry, and recommend some things to us.
