It was a hard decision to move my grandmother out of her home, but everyone at Juniper has made this transition easy. I’d like to call out Tyrah, the dining room manager. She’s extraordinary. She knows all the residents’ food preferences and whether they have eaten at each seating. Personally, my husband had been losing weight, and Tyrah went out of her way to bulk up his meals with nutritious foods that she knows he enjoys. And yes, it’s working. I’m really grateful for her caring and attention.
My brothers and I recently took our 91 year old father to visit Juniper Village in Paramus and we were all very impressed with their facilities. Everyone we met or spoke to before, during and after our on-site visit were so nice. We especially want to thank Megan, who was there by our side the entire time. The food they provided to my dad was also delicious. We are still researching other possible Senior Living places and at-home options, but Juniper is at the top of our list.
I toured this facility with my mom when we were looking for independent living. Michelle,our tour guide was very informative and answered all of our questions. She was very pleasant and seemed to know all of the residents by name. It is a beautiful, clean facility. The residents all seemed happy and cared for. While my mom ended up choosing a smaller facility, we are keeping Juniper in mind, should she decide she wants bigger.
Very satisfied with and happy about my brother's living experiences at Juniper Village. They do their very best to accommodate any special needs of their individual residents requirements.
