We placed my Mother in Juniper Village right before they purchased and took over the facility 3+ years ago. Until 2024 we were very happy with the care given, the staff and the facility. After a large turn over of personnel we noticed the care and condition of her room slowly declined. When needed, it became hard to find any staff in the area. I had a family member living in Wellsprings at Juniper Village Monroeville. The entire staff, from housekeeping to to administration , were nothing but kindly patient and accommodating. I will highly recommend Juniper Monroeville to anybody needing a home for loved ones.
This may be a longer review but hopefully worth the read. Our mother had reached a point in life when assisted living was necessary. She was VERY reluctant to go. Well it took about 2.5 weeks and she didnt want to leave. The place is clean and well maintained.The food is made fresh and is good. If our mom doesnt like what is on the menu, the kitchen staff will make her something else. She gets dessert after lunch and dinner. We have lived here for over a year ago. This place has been just what we were looking for, active, engaging, positive, friendly, caring. Staff is like none other and the administrator is 10 star plus. It is really sad the previous review. We knew her father and there is absolutely no truth to a thing she said and no family was ever around that we ever saw. All you have to do is visit here and you will see it is one of the best around
