After being in PT when I was recovering from surgery, I knew it could be helpful with my shoulder discomfort. I found I was out of posture(sic) and that was causing much of my problems . Highly recommend. The entire staff is welcoming from the moment you walk in. Liz is amazing—knowledgeable, efficient, and truly listens to what you want to address. She quickly targets problem areas and uses advanced techniques to help you progress faster. As someone who struggles with hypermobility, I feel much more at ease and in less pain since starting here
After my slip-and-fall accident, I wasn’t sure when I’d start to feel like myself again. Thanks to Liz and the incredible work she does, my recovery has been faster than I ever expected. She truly has a gift. The moment I was able to bend without pain brought tears to my eyes and filled me with hope. Feeling my strength returning and starting to feel normal again means everything. I’m so happy that I finally decided to try Juniper for lower back pain! The whole staff is inviting, friendly and the space is welcoming. Dr. Liz genuinely listens to your concerns and addresses them accordingly with the multitude of tools they offer. In addition, they provide resources and tools to support recovery, not just a quick fix. 100% recommend.
In just 2 sessions, my pain and mobility have improved. Liz is very knowledgeable and wants the best for all her clients.
