I went to this store to buy suits for my kids, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While my kids were with me and minding their own business, one of the staff—an older woman—kept looking at them and shaking her head disapprovingly, as if they were doing something wrong. This is a children's clothing store, yet she seemed bothered just by their presence. I went to Junior Kids in Laval today. I do not condone my behavior but because of personal reasons I was a hot mess. I was rude and the staff was an absolute blessing. They were extremely professional and handled my meltdown so incredibly well and were able to resolve the issues I was having in a timely way. Thank you guys for turning a bad day into a better one. P.s. sorry for being a b****
