Brad Jung stood in with me for 5 years to settle an SSDI case that had been compromised by a biased judge. He never gave up and fought all the way, even suing the Commissioner of Social Security, and we won. It was a home run! You can't do better than his law firm if you're trying to get through the disability process. This is a veteran friendly business and I urge everyone to use his services.
These people have an entire website dedicated to slip and fall for things extremely minor like soft tissue injuries, SPRAINS and blah blah and goes into detail concerning who's liable. The condominiums I live at had ice and snow everywhere in the parking lot and sidewalk and all the common areas and had been there for well over a WEEK! This made it literally impossible to reach your vehicle in the parking lot without slipping and sliding.
