In 3/5/26 , at about 3:30pm; I called and spoke with a very rude and confusing dispatcher. I explained that I live on a hill and asked for a vehicle with 4wd for safety. The dispatcher was dismissive and refused to acknowledge their cabs would be safe in the snow. She kept saying that her drivers were owner operators and could be driving any vehicle they have available. I asked if one of said vehicles would be a 4wd. Just got back from work the cab driver was very friendly and helpful waited patiently for me to arrive at my location great service ask for Sonny # 21 !

I called them from the ferry terminal. They said they'd show up. Then didn't and didnt have the common courtesy to call me and say they weren't coming. I understand weather is bad, but roads are plowed. At least have the decency to tell people so they can make plans accordingly.

Great service to and from the airport as well as a tour out to the glacier. Sonny was superb throughout.
