Pegues was amazing! Last night my boyfriend got in from a flight around midnight and we couldn't get a lyft or uber. They were the only taxi company that picked up and they also allowed me to pay over the phone. The price was also more affordable than lyft and uber were showing us! Thank you so much, Doug!

I called the night before to schedule a ride to the airport. I called again in the morning to confirm. They still made me miss my flight by sending the cab over 30 minutes after my appointment. The dispatcher was not very helpful or polite.

Maria Miller picked us up from the airport to home and we enjoyed great service from her and Juneau Taxi. We made reservations early in the day and the dispatcher called us at the airport to find out if we had gotten our luggage yet. She said Maria was on her way, gave us the cab number and we rode first class. All around great experience with Juneau Taxi and we will be using their services again.

In 3/5/26 , at about 3:30pm; I called and spoke with a very rude and confusing dispatcher. I explained that I live on a hill and asked for a vehicle with 4wd for safety. The dispatcher was dismissive and refused to acknowledge their cabs would be safe in the snow. She kept saying that her drivers were owner operators and could be driving any vehicle they have available. I asked if one of said vehicles would be a 4wd. Just got back from work the cab driver was very friendly and helpful waited patiently for me to arrive at my location great service ask for Sonny # 21 !
