Picked up a Juneau Taxi driven by Alex from the airport to our overnight stay in town. He was very helpful with suggestions of things to do for our brief stay in town. We booked him for a pickup early the following morning to take us to the Haines Ferry. He made a point of setting his alarm on his phone however HE DID NOT SHOW UP. Eventually he answered his phone but was still in bed so we rang another company who came out within minutes. Extremely UNRELIABLE.
