We rented a Ford Transit 15-passenger van for July 27, 2025. We received the instructions on where and how to pick up the vehicle. Unfortunately, the instructions contained a wrong license plate number. This small detail caused tremendous stress since there was no one to pick up the phone. Our ship had docked in Juneau, I had not paid for any excursions, so I decided to just walk off the ship with my son, and I saw this sign that says car rental, we rented the car then we were picked up by a shuttle and driven to where the cars were. We requested a SUV. 2024 Subaru SUV.. We were also given a laminated map that guided us on a road trip Also, we were given an awesome recommendation for the best fish-and-chips. I have ever eaten. Booked my rental car months out. Got Conf email but no money was pulled from my card. I called multiple times a day the following week trying to figure out what was going on. No one answered my calls, texts or emails. It is now the day before and still nothing. 14 people planned on this rental and now we are left not knowing what to do. On top of it I gave this company my credit card info. Reporting to the BBB

We reserved a car weeks in advance of our trip to Alaska. On the day we arrived in Juneau, we received an email/text from "JCR" that the car was in the short term parking lot at the airport, but when we arrived, there was no car in the lot.
