Great shop! After a big move from Colorado, they did a great job doing a post cargo checkup and tune on both of my bikes, and went above and beyond with a rear rack on one of them. Friendly with really fair prices. Highly recommend.
Great place with awesome service. Checked my folding bike despite their busy schedule and were really helpful when I got lost on my ride to downtown Juneau. Really appreciated when they texted me the route and checked in to make sure I was okay. Highly recommend.
I was visiting Juneau on a work trip, I had a total knee replacement some months ago and decided to bring my mobility walker with me. It was damaged in air transport and one of the brakes malfunctioned. I was working at Bartlett Hospital and they tried their best to fix it, but alas...they referred me to the Bike Doctor. Absolutely amazing service! I bought a Specialized Rockhopper from them which has had numerous problems with the factory parts (pedals, cassette, shifter, etc.) and they replaced parts and even put a better cassette on free of charge after the first one wore out in 3 months. I will definitely be going back to them when I need to upgrade.
The repair service improved a lot! Looks like they have more help. Got my bike fixed within a few hours
