This was the buyers choice not my own choice to use them. My experience with this title company was horrible. We were on a strict timeline for closing. A week before we were supposed to close, the title company started looking for liens, this was 2 weeks after we put in offer on the house. The representative that I was dealing with so rude, but I'll be nice enough not to blast her name on the internet. It was so bad that my realtor called me and told me that she was even rude to him. This was by far the best most comforting relaxing experience I’ve ever had in such a big highlight of my life. Everyone was amazing and helped so much with my process and going through my journey. All hands were on deck. These people are family. They made signing so easy going and I was definitely scared and not knowing what to expect . I wouldn’t have chosen any other company to sit at the table with.
Wonderful experience the team was warm welcoming efficient but took their time to explain what we needed and really made the entire process easy and enjoyable
