We had a great experience with Junction Title Company. Won had everything ready on time, he quickly and efficiently got us through all the paperwork and answered all of our questions! Very easy process, and they did a great job!
This was the buyers choice not my own choice to use them. My experience with this title company was horrible. We were on a strict timeline for closing. A week before we were supposed to close, the title company started looking for liens, this was 2 weeks after we put in offer on the house. The representative that I was dealing with so rude, but I'll be nice enough not to blast her name on the internet. It was so bad that my realtor called me and told me that she was even rude to him.
