We had our AC unit stop working and Junction Climate Control came to the rescue. Phil arrived an hour after my initial phone call. He evaluated the system and listened to our concerns and addressed them completely. Phil was able to get us on the schedule quickly due to a cancellation and we were beyond thrilled. My experience was nothing but fantastic! My furnace , which was on its last leg finally died. I have dealt with junction prior so gave them a call. Office staff was friendly and informative. Chris kept me informed of everything that was happening with my new furnace. Rusty and Anthony were timely and knowledgeable and installed my new furnace without any issues. It is working perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend them!!
Had to replace a 25yo AC unit, and had a great experience. Phil was amazing! He was very thorough in explaining the options and the process. He got us a great unit at a price that was much lower than we expected. Brian R and Alex on the install were incredibly professional and efficient.
