When you go here, everyone knows everyone and everything. Your parents are on first name basis with the teachers. Some of my favorite teachers are still in contact with me and truly care about my life and accomplishments. I personally feel that more emphasis was placed on athletics over academics. You were definitely more important if you were a cheerleader or football player.
When you go to this school you become part of the JC "Family." The teachers and faculty truly care about the students and show their continuous support. It doesn't matter how many hours away a game is or how cold it may be, the whole town will be there. If I still lived in Arkansas, my child would go here for sure.
