This is the best bike shop I have ever been in! I’ve been in many shops in multiple states and these guys provide the best service and advice I have experienced! I highly recommend them.
Jared clearly explained what we needed to know about the e-bike we was looking at. He then had us try the bike out. No pressure sales at all!! He delivered the bikes and then again went over how to operate them.
Jarrett the owner is such a nice guy. I thought he sold me a tube with a non detachable valve (it wasnt) & I berated him. He took total responsibility & offered to resolve it at no cost. I discovered it was my mistake but it showed that he cares about people & their bike ride. 6 stars if I could.
Valuable knowledge & service here! Replaced my flat tire, added the green slime, tightened loose bits on my old e-bike. Superior service by Jason! They did an excellent job for less than I was expecting! Thank you Hudson for showing us all the items retrieved out of flat tires (including cactus spikes) as well as a couple of ways to avoid flat tires in the future.
Great bike shop! While getting ready to head to the Hawes trail system, my tire valve broke. I called the shop and they told me to bring it in and they would do their best to fit me in. When we arrived, they were ready for me and fixed my bike right away. They truly saved our day on the mountain.
