My husband and i were on our 4th treatment last Saturday. He rushed the treatment saying he's over booked today because he's going on vacation. We didn't ask him to schedule us for Saturday. He could've told us he's over booked and offer a weekday which would've been fine. The cups fell off my husband and he was left in the room . He didn't check if everything was going well. I have never met someone so rude before. Not even a client or customer here but the owner here is yelling and giving death stares at people over parking spots. Not sure why anyone would go here
