The therapist was friendly, but the massage technique didn’t suit me. As a massage therapist myself, I noticed some discomfort, particularly from the repeated use of the elbow on the shoulder blade area and thumb work on the neck. I mentioned this during the session; while the pressure was adjusted, the technique itself didn’t change. With better training and more attentiveness to client feedback, the experience could be improved.
I’m very pleased with my deep muscle massage. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
