I went there for a b'day party around lunch time. They wouldn't let me in as the party room was still in use. I understand them but they missed the opportunity to sell food and drinks. (Other play centre let me in so I could order something to eat while waiting.) The wait area at the front was just a bench for 2-3 people to sit. The food was nice. The place was clean, small, a bit crowded. The staff were doing their job but they could have been more friendly i.e. smiling.

Not recommended, absolutely disrespectful and disgusting staff. Anna, one of their staff kicked out our already playing kids out of one of trampolines, so that party kids can play there. No reservation signs placed. How and where can other kids play when 3 of areas were covered with the party kids. When spoke to manager, she was not helpful in talking to staff, not apologetic on her rude behaviour. Giving her attitude by saying im busy wont be able to help, I ll refund you for 1 hour out if 2 hours of booking. Its nit about ... read more

Ludan at Jumbside was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and friendly attitude. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests truly stood out. Really fantastic place for toddlers and pre schoolers. Very quiet during the week which is a massive bonus. The free coffee was very much appreciated. The menu is great and very affordable. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
