The staff at Jumpside are absolutely amazing and very friendly. They should get a pay rise !!! Great place for the kids especially during school holidays. Chloe makes the best coffee in the world

Do not recommend based on experience in the school holidays. First time attending with kids aged 3-7yrs old and it was absolute chaos. Firstly we couldn’t enter at the time booked due to multiple school holiday programme groups being late to leave. There is minimal space to wait in the tiny foyer and staff would not let us move in to sit down to wait. Really disappointed with the service. The girl making the coffees and drinks (wearing a charcoal grey scarf) put a hot coffee right in front of my 2-year-old instead of handing it to my husband, who was clearly waiting for it. That’s dangerous and shows no awareness around kids. Then, when she brought out the banana milkshake, she slammed it down on the table — no care, no basic courtesy. I went there for a b'day party around lunch time. They wouldn't let me in as the party room was still in use. I understand them but they missed the opportunity to sell food and drinks. (Other play centre let me in so I could order something to eat while waiting.) The wait area at the front was just a bench for 2-3 people to sit. The food was nice. The place was clean, small, a bit crowded. The staff were doing their job but they could have been more friendly i.e. smiling.
