Ok I've been here about 5-6 times in last 6 months..: never had a problem except wow there is NO room for parents to sit and relax... There are literally 3 tables up front with 4 chairs each and recently they added 2-3 table in the side back... Meaning you have to beg and ask to share a seat with others.... Not parent friendly and recently was told "do you want to wait 5 min or just get the old wrist bands that expire in 30 min"?!?? Ummmm what?!!' You can't round up 5 min??? Really??? Wow!!!! The attendees have to watch your kids non stop. Kids can't sit down in the trampoline areas even when the place is empty. Got yelled at when not breaking rules too. It's just uncomfortable for older kids. They can't have fun. :( by the way the attendees agree. If your kids try it for 5 minutes you still can't get a refund.
