Jump For Joy Health is such a welcoming and friendly clinic. The space is clean and in such an accessible location. Booking is really easy, and the team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. They explain everything clearly and follow up with genuine care (phone calls and texts). Truly a place that makes looking after your body feel simple and positive! I have already recommended to so many of my Family and Friends.
I’ve been seeing Alex since I was about 18-19 years old and 7-8 years on I still consider him the best in the business. Alex has helped me through a myriad of different injuries and chronic headaches / migraines. I would, straight up, fight a bear for Dr. Alex. In fact, I don’t even want to write this review because it’ll tell people how good he is and then there will be less availability for me to book in… however, it’s warranted because honestly, this man has changed my life. Alex is a great guy. He does amazing work.
Alex has changed my quality of life. I am a very active person with a lot of chronic niggles. I have gone from dealing with chronic pain and enduring exerice with interupted sleep to being pain free a lot of the time. I am moving more freely, my gaite, posture, sleeping and breathing have improved. This has all happened in a relatively short perior of time. I can not speak more highly of the outcome I have had. If you have tried the rest it is notwtime to go to the best. ;)
