We have dealt with Dan Paris on several real estate purchases. We have always been very pleased working with Dan. We highly recommend him. He is honest, and efficient. Sometimes these load disclosure statements can be a bit confusing, Dan always takes the time to walk us thru them, until we fully understand what we are signing. He makes the loan process about as easy as possible.
