They charge outrageous fees over something that they can help prevent. If my account isn’t able to work I should be able to update it to one that does and not be charged a extra $50 each account. The communication is terrible. They make the process miserable all around. I didn’t choose them and I never will.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I did a 100% withdrawal to get away with them, checks took over two months to come in, and I’m short $700! Be prepared to give me MY money July services and ready for my phone call! Looking at past reviews, clearly July services is SHADY!!!!
Beware! Experienced, and continue to experience, very poor service. My plan terminated almost 12 months ago and we cannot rollover our funds to another IRA provider.
Website was difficult and not functioning properly. Contacted them once. Due to poor communication by them I would need to send another IT request in order to start the plan. Decided not to and went with another company. What shouldve taken a few days start to finish took a few weeks with no result. Very frustration.
From the moment I reached out, Jessi was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. It was a financial burden of a day, that was turned around by Jessi's positive energy. Grateful for July Services because of people like Jessi!!!!!
