I love this harness. It's my second one and I personalized it this time.
Quality products
I haven't received the patches I ordered yet. Apparently UPS mis-sorted the package, causing a 3 day+ delay and I still don't have a new delivery date. I'm sure once they arrive they'll be great, but the delivery process has been less than wonderful.
This was my second halter, this time for a new pup. Order was placed and shipped with customized name badges and got shipped quickly. The price is a bit higher than other products but I believe the construction and customer service, along with ability to customize made it worth the difference. Harness has reflectivity and is built to keep pooch safely contained without chocking.
It doesn't fit my dog. Is there a way to return it?
