My wife and I just stumbled into this beautiful store on a Sunday, and we are so glad we did! Silly us, we had no idea such an incredible business chose Charleston as their home. I don't typically write reviews however after the wonderful experience we had setting up our wedding registry I had to say something. Michele did a wonderful job working with us to create our one of a kind registry. It can quickly become overwhelming but she haply spent 2 hours with us, easily building our collection one piece at a time, from basics to serving platters. Other reviews are correct: the staff here is off-putting. Staff here all stands watch like security guards. Bought several Juliska products thru Saks and was interested to see all Juliska products in one place. Went upstairs and a staff member immediately chased after us. I said "oh, we're not allowed up here?" Staff said "yes, but..." Yeah, obviously we were being chased out. Will probably buy Juliska products because we like it, but certainly not today, and not from this store.
I was so excited to register for Juliska items for my upcoming wedding, but my experience at their store completely changed my mind. I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon to browse and inquire about scheduling an appointment with their wedding registry specialist.
