It was an amazing store full of memories for over 40+ years. My father may he rest in peace and my mother Fay Herschberg worked very hard along with their loyal staff to make this the greatest gift, home decor and in it's day electronics store that the downtown McAllen area and for that matter South Texas ever had. We will for ever be grateful to our most treasured gift which is our loyal and devoted clientele who stood by us when others tried to come into the market. Businesses came and went and some tried very hard to imitate which is very flattering but there will never be another Julio's / Imperial. Clients came during the closing of the store in it's last few months and had so many nice and special memories to share and I compare it to the TV Show Cheers when you came into Julio's / Imperial "Everyone knew your name" and you felt at home. My family and I would like to thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts for your loyalty and good wishes always.
