Not been in since 1991, (I moved out of the city in '99) I was gobsmacked to see Ken still there! Looked like you hadn't aged!! Obviously sitting in the fridge preserved you beautifully, still the good ol' bike shop I remember, it was like a trip back in time, it is still good to go in a shop speak to humans and get exactly what I asked for, saddle, shock pump, chain stay wrap, all branded items as I asked for, no internet intervention required. Great team, I called them after 3 other shops recommended them. They sorted my bike’s Ultegra Di2 system in less than an hour! Very reasonable diagnostics fee, and gave me a proper breakdown of the issues. They’ve also got a solid collection of bike tools, accessories, clothing and helmets. And of course - bikes!
