I came to Purely Primal Physical Therapy & Wellness with pain from a sprained shoulder. Dr. Julie Krueger has provided a personal exercise program that has put me on the road to recovery. She has taught me the value of exercise and given me tools that put me back in control. The program is also helping with life long posture and neck problems. She is truly a master of her craft and I highly recommender her for anyone in need.

Thanks to Julie I can walk pain free. She listened, and adjusted, and taught me how to build my muscles back up.
Dr. Julie and her staff were amazing. I saw Julie for when I tore my hamstring and could hardly get around. Julie assessed my injury, tailored some stretches and strengthening exercises and after a few visits had me up and moving around. I’m now back to feeling great and can’t thank Julie and her team enough. Highly recommended!
