I went to Julie after finding myself out of ideas on how to manage my depression and anxiety. She really took the time to understand my experiences and feelings and then worked on helping me dig deep and exam why I suffered with depression and how I could get out of those deep dark holes. Julie is really a master at what she does - she meets her clients on their level with great concern for the individual's needs as well as supplying the tools and techniques to get them to support themselves. She has a great intuition for seeking out what you need and then helping you to help yourself. Highly recommended no matter whatever you may need, as at the end of the day you'll leave feeling supported and empowered.
