I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General about this business and Julie Merrill specifically, and next will contact all of the professional organizations necessary to file complaints about this business. Starting with failing to file my corporate taxes at all, and finishing with Julie's ignoring of my concerns, telling me to, "calm down," after months of begging and cajoling her to correct issues with my taxes, which have now accrued late fees and interest. I have never submitted a complaint before my encounters with this business. I am willing to spend time after my busy shift, on a weekend, just to write this review. I cannot stress enough to stay away from the tax prep business. I am appalled at the lack of professionalism, humanity and raw ability of Julie Merrill to even simply FILE my corporate tax return. The lack of communication, errors and condescension make me want to shake my fist to the skies. After this, I am off to file a complaint with the MN Attorney General.

I filed a timely 2015 S Corporation Return for Abby ****** business and her Individual 2015 Form 1040. There was not a problem with her S Corporation Return or her Form 1040. The problem was with the Payroll Reports that the S Corporation was required to file to the IRS and State of MN. Abby was confused about her responsibilities, did not have any aptitude for the paperwork involved, and was unwilling to pay for professional help with her quarterly reports.
