Julie is incredible with what she does because she's passionate. I've used several of Julie FitSmith's services: meal planning, workout routines, telehealth physical therapy and I've been part of several virtual sessions. Julie has worked within my capabilities, my goals and has truly customized a realistic program for me. She continually checks in on me and supports my journey. I couldn't ask for a better health coach.

I hurt my knee in high school and had to have a few surgeries and plenty of physical therapy. Julie was my PT every time and I would definitely recommend her to anyone! She’s very knowledgeable and an overall great person!

I have a tear in my rotator and Julie has gone above and beyond helping me achieve my goals on getting my shoulder back! She has also been an inspiration to getting me to a healthy living lifestyle, she makes me feel comfortable and proud of every task I set no matter how small it may feel! She has become a wonderful and inspiring friend!

I have had more than one experience with Dr. Julie Smith. Both exceeded any expectation I ever had. Dr. Smith is willing and capable of treating an injury specific to you. In 2015 I had a meniscus tear, and Dr. Smith did not just turn me away for surgery. She helped me and taught me every exercise I could do to strengthen not just my knee, but my core, hips, and all areas that could help me!
