I loved working with Julie. I was very stressed, having a rough year and doing my taxes late. My taxes are also complicated, as I have several 1099's, W2's, student loan documents, multiple state taxes due to freelance gigs, etc. I contacted Julie and she responded promptly/concisely. Excellent service...Julie has been doing our business and personal taxes for 8 years. She is very knowledgeable, timely, and easy to reach if we have questions. Her fees are reasonable and we enjoy working with her. I would highly recommend her!
I contacted Julie on a Thursday to meet for a consultation on a Monday to discuss some personal tax issues. When I arrived at her home/office for the appointment, I knocked and rang the doorbell multiple times but no one answered. I then called and left two voicemails. After fifteen minutes, I ended up leaving. Never heard from her.
