Julie Jouben represented a deadbeat Dad and abuser and helped him to continue to financially and emotionally abuse his victims (even after being given proof) as well as help him avoid paying appropriate child support. As long as she was being paid she continued the unethical behavior and the second she stopped collecting money she dropped out of the case. There are not enough words that are available to describe my appreciation of Julie and her dedicated team. We went to Julie on a seemingly impossible journey to adopt my step son. My son was born in a different country, bio father completely uncooperative in all phases, living in a separate country.
