My son had Julie as his OT for a little over 3 years. It was a special time of growth and she was such a patient, personal, and gracious advocate and support to us as a family. She puts forth earnest effort to target struggles and celebrate strengths. If you're a parent who is willing to take part in your child's sessions and tackle OT goals in a more natural setting, I would highly reccomend her always.
Julie Abrams was my grandson's OT for almost 4 years. She gave him so many tools to use in his very difficult time and also gave us tools to help him. She supported our family in so many ways. My grandson is now in the 5th grade and is doing amazing. Although we still have many challenges I took 2 of Julie's online classes which were so very informative and I also felt very supported. My daughter and I also used Julie for one on one coaching which has helped immensely. I highly recommend Julie for OT and classes.
Julie Abrams has been my sons Occupational Therapist for 5 years. He is currently 9 and looks forward to visiting the "farm" every week. She has taught my son about compassion, and working through anything that is "hard". She is patient, kind and incredibly devoted to helping others. We consider her a part of our family. My challenge in writing a review for Julie Abrams, OT is that I cannot say enough about what a wonderful OT she is and in one review I will not begin to do her justice. Julie has seen my son for nearly six years as his OT, and I feel so fortunate to have been referred to her when my son was a young age. We’ve had such a great experience with Julie. She’s not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly intuitive. She’s made such a big impact on my son’s life. Her ADHD class was amazing too—informative, practical, and easy to relate to. I walked away with helpful tools and a better understanding of how to support my child. We’re so grateful for all she’s done!
