We took Julie’s parenting class and it was fantastic. Julie is beyond knowledgeable, supportive and provided great concrete ideas. I am really grateful for the tools we learned and the sense of community of being with other parents navigating similar challenges. Highly recommend this class!!
We have utilized Julie's Calm and Connected group parent coaching class and private, one-on-one coaching lessons. Both were extremely helpful in providing tools to help our child thrive. Her lessons are simple, loaded with strategies and advice, and are presented in a way that make it easy to recall the advice in the moment with your child. We would recommend both the class and private lessons.
Julie is your experienced guide who will give you an abundance of tools and strategies and a deep level of understanding about how to support our children with ADHD.
Julie is amazing with kids and adults - I highly recommend her as an OT and for parent classes!
My son had Julie as his OT for a little over 3 years. It was a special time of growth and she was such a patient, personal, and gracious advocate and support to us as a family. She puts forth earnest effort to target struggles and celebrate strengths. If you're a parent who is willing to take part in your child's sessions and tackle OT goals in a more natural setting, I would highly reccomend her always.
