Terrible customer service I was in town for a rafting trip and did a little shopping in this beautiful town. I bought two bracelets at Juliana's, spending over $77. The first time I wore one of the bracelets, the very next week, it broke. I called and spoke to an associate, and told her about the issue, and advised her that I still have my receipt and would like a replacement or a refund.
