Excellent explanation of process when needed. Works very hard to make things work financially for a customer and determines ways to make sure there needs are met. Truly great social skills. I really appreciate how fast Juliana responds. It’s incredible actually how she answers any question or concern with haste !! If had to do it all again I wouldn’t go to anyone else :). Hopefully our recent home purchase is of our last. But if not, we know exactly who to contact ;).
