In May 2023 I purchased a 12 pack of massages from Michele and after 3 sessions she injured herself and was not able to provide services. She refused to give me a refund for services not rendered and still owes me $755.00. I have reported her to the BBB and Attorney Generals office and have filed a claim with small claims court. She has not responded to the BBB and continuously declines my Venmo request for a refund. Please do not trust her with your hard earned money. File under: not trustworthy and not client focused
Buyer beware, I bought a 12 pack of massages from Michele and she injured herself after 3 massages. I asked for my money back and she agreed to a partial refund and refuses to refund the remainder forcing me to file a small claims hearing. If you are going to do business with her please do not give her any money upfront before you receive the services. She is not trustworthy and will not refund you if asked.
I have been getting regular massages from Michele for a few years – she is amazing! I started going to her because of some back pain (which is now so much better) but now I go regularly for overall health and maintenance. She always begins our session by asking what is happening with me and really takes the time to focus on any specific issues or areas that are bothering me. I have been a client of Michele's for over 20 years! I have been to other massage therapists before her, at spas and such, but no one could ever compare to the expertise and skill she possesses. We often would joke that she "performs surgery" on areas of my body to correct the problem. She has "magic' hands, she can sense where she needs to focus her massage.
