After struggling with persistent back issues for over a year, and trying multiple treatments without success, finding Julia was a turning point. did not identify back problems or suggest stretches for friend with obvious back problems later diagnosed by other physio. Had issues with payment and requested payment after already being paid. Missed a second appointment without notice or contact.
