Julia has a physiotherapy background and so she is able to target problem areas safely and advise on strengthening muscles to maintain mobility.
Highly recommended - Julia provides high-quality, skilled and knowledgeable remedial massage services for everyday athletes to the real ones. She's professional, responsive, easy to book in and access, and highly effective. Not just there to create pain (kidding!) but really listens and responds to the body's needs, including recovery and performance.
