Julia Purchase is irresponsible, incompetent, and unprofessional. Refused to read the “narrative” statement she asked both parties to complete - which provides the case history and impact on the child. Her report to the mediator/arbitrator misquoted court documents that were provided, had dates that were wrong, and omitted key facts supporting her “reasoning.” The CFI was a pointless, expensive, time consuming excercise that did nothing to resolve conflict or improve outcomes for the child involved. Very biased! I wish I would’ve read Lances review from 4 yrs ago because everything he said is exactly how my investigation played out. I was told by my lawyer Julia favors a 50/50 schedule. She was also the more expensive option, over $3000. She only added one day to my every other weekend schedule. And all the lies my ex wife said to her, she took for truth, regardless of the police reports and text messages I provided. They weren’t even included in her final report.
