Just called and spoke to Julia. She was very rude and hung up on me in what I felt was a very harsh way.
I would not recommend her. She is difficult to talk to and rigid, not willing to find solutions relying on "it's procedural". For people who do not buy and sell houses regularly there is nothing procedural about it.
