Julia Pearce was fantastic and so thorough. Easy to communicate with and readily answered all questions and made the process as pleasant as possible. So glad I was fortunate enough to have Julia handle my personal matters. Highly Recommend.
Just called and spoke to Julia. She was very rude and hung up on me in what I felt was a very harsh way.
I would not recommend her. She is difficult to talk to and rigid, not willing to find solutions relying on "it's procedural". For people who do not buy and sell houses regularly there is nothing procedural about it.
