Issues with the wire transfer, didn't happen after closing. They left off the buyers home warranty and it was $325 more than what was on the preliminary settlement statement. Find another closing attorney office.
My clients did not have a good experience. After closing we received the email that there are mistakes in CD. A day after closing clients still don't have confirmation number for wire transfer.
